Christopher Lamont Cosper.Christopher’s passing teaches us the importance it is to seize the moment, fully realize all of life’s potential, and spark the power of transformation. His experience in workforce readiness ignited our passion to help others capitalize on their potential.

Purpose: To provide workshops that help people launch a job or career and adapt to opportunities of the future.

Workshop
- Enpowering Lives, Building Futures: Our mission is to support and uplift women and men eighteen years of age and older, and formerly incarcerated through dedicated mentorship programs.
- We strive to create pathways to stability and success by providing dynamic engaging and transformative job readiness information.
- Together, we foster resilient communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
- We are dedicated to equipping individuals with the knowledge,, skills and confidence necessary to navigate their career paths successfully. Through personalized coaching and interactive workshops.
Goals
- The Foundation would like to continue to provide community services by collecting and distributing hygiene gift bags to homeless shelters and donations to area community food banks. Click on the donation tab to give to this worthy cause. All donations are tax exempt. Financial information will be listed on the website to show where contributions were distributed.
- There are a variety of ways to donate. You can email us to contribute items such as toothpaste, deodorant, toothbrush, lotion, shampoo, socks, comb, brushes, and skull caps etc.
- Give a cash donations one time or recurring donations monthly, quarterly or yearly.

A silicone wristband will be given from the foundation to show our appreciation for giving. On behalf of the Christopher Lamont Cosper Foundation, we would like to thank everyone that has donated thus far.
The board has selected Interfaith Emergency Services in 2022. Each gift bag contains shampoo, deodorant, socks, toothpaste, soap, and hand sanitizer to serve homeless individuals. This event is another important need for the various Homeless population that is continuously growing.
